Chocolate chips cookies is a great companion with your coffee/Tea. This version is a healthier one with whole wheat flour and jaggery instead of refined sugar. <br /><br /><br /><br />Ingredients<br />60gm butter<br />80gm Jaggery powder (normal jaggery can be used)<br />200gm whole wheat flour<br />75gm cocoa powder<br />1/2tsp baking soda<br />1/2tsp salt<br />1/4cup milk<br /><br />-cream room temperature butter with jaggery powder<br />-shift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt<br />-combine together and make a dough with milk<br />-rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set<br />-scoop cookies of your desire size<br />-lightly flatten with hand and top with dark chocolate pieces<br />-bake at 180*c preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes
